Pingly is a utility application that helps users initiate WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business conversations without saving phone numbers as contacts. Pingly prepares links and opens third-party services; it does not itself deliver WhatsApp messages.

Pingly may display ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads may grant temporary free sends or other app benefits. Availability of ads and rewards may vary by device, region, platform, network, and Google ad delivery.
6. Updates and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Pingly at any time. Remote configuration may be used to request or require app updates.
7. Disclaimer
Pingly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, WhatsApp availability, or compatibility with every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pingly and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, third-party services, or website.
9. Intellectual property
Pingly's name, branding, interface, website, and related assets are owned by Pingly or its developers unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or misuse them without permission.
10. Termination
You may stop using Pingly at any time. We may restrict or discontinue access if we believe these terms are violated or continued use creates legal, security, or operational risk.
